Once your order is placed, we cannot make change or the contact information or the delivery details.
How do I make changes to my contact information or shipping address?
SHIPPING
SPACES WITHIN ships worldwide to most countries. If you cannot check out due to shipping limitations, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to arrange shipping.
Shipping Cost
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Great Britain, Switzerland, and Norway are considered outside of the EU.
Rest of the world: The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, depending on the size of the order and the shipping destination. Upon entering your shipping address, you will see the checkout total update with the appropriate shipping rate.
Shipping Timeframe
Please note that these timeframes apply to in-stock items. We do not guarantee that all the items available at spaceswithin.se are in stock at the time of your order. If we are out of stock of any items in your order, we will contact you by phone or by e-mail.
Our delivery times:
Scandinavia: 2-3 business days.
Europe & Worldwide: 3-10 business days.
Delivery
Once the order has been placed, SPACES WITHIN will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking e-mail once the package has been sent.
We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Items purchased on spaceswithin.se are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us at shop@spaceswithin.se. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the return address below. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return cost.
Important information returns:
- Items must be returned exactly as received.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging as this is considered part of the product.
- When returning by mail, please make sure to return the item and its corresponding box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging. Preferably the original outer packaging used to ship out your order.
- SPACES WITHIN reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
- Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
- Returns must be delivered directly to adress and not to a nearby pick point.

Refunds
All returns fulfilling the above criteria and are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
Once received, returns take approximately 7 business days to process. Upon completion, a refund confirmation email will be generated.
Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.
Quality guarantee
If you receive an item classified as faulty and/or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. SPACES WITHIN’s quality guarantee only covers possible manufacturing defects and cannot be held responsible for defects due to: Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness e.g. oxidisation of brass or fading of nickel plating.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express in all regions. The full amount will be charged when we receive your order. SPACES WITHIN does not store customer’s payment card details for security purposes.
